The Parkour Run is a modular obstacle course that allows you to create a new challenge every session.

The BigAirBag® Parkour Run is a modular obstacle course suitable for all ages and skill levels. Design your own obstacles and layout to train agility, balance, coordination, and confidence. From warm-ups and training sessions to challenges and competitions, one setup can host it all.

The BigAirBag® Parkour Run is fully customisable to fit your facility and vision. Choose from 1, 2, 3, or even 4 lanes to create your ideal setup.
The interchangeable obstacles allow you to rearrange the course in a matter of minutes.

01 - Layout

Choose your layout

Every standard lane is 15 m (49 ft) long and 40 cm (1.3 ft) high. Single lanes start from 3 meters (10ft) wide. For custom sizes, add your preferred dimensions below.

02 - OBSTACLES

Build your course

18 obstacles, all attaching to the track with heavy-duty Velcro. Move them, swap them or take them off entirely – the course changes with the session.Choose from 18 individual obstacles to build your own Parkour Run, or select one of our ready-made layouts A–G.

All layouts are designed for a 10 meter (33ft) length Parkour Run.

For standard length courses 15 meters (49ft), simply add 2 additional obstacles to complete the layout.
