Warranty period for BigAirBag is 4 years. Warranty of blowers is 1 year. BigAirBag provides warranty against all defects in workmanship or materials of the BigAirBag.
Warranties should be invoked by returning the product to BigAirBag no later than four (4) years after the date of shipping (carry-in warranty).
In respect of defects caused by wear and tear, improper handling, storage or other acts or omissions of the customer or of the third parties, BigAirBag is not liable to the damage of the products.

Check for screws that have come out of the wall. Your skirt should be attached with screws and washers (or screws with widened head) every 20 cm / 8 inch.
Make sure the type of screws used are suitable for the the material of the wall
Screws should have a length of 30mm minimum. Make sure the pit walls are strong enough for these length screws.
Determine if you need new skirting material: are there any rips or has the screw damaged the material? Order new skirt here and Alligator clip here. Re-attach using correct screws and washers, refer to this video for more explanation.
If there is a tear in the PVC material, use the supplied hot air welder and spare material in your maintenance kit. Check out an examle video of how to use a hot air welder here

Please make sure the blower is placed properly: clear of any obstacles that can block the air inlet or any material that can be sucked onto the airinlet. Turn off the blower and place a vacuum on the air inlet
Did the blower drop on a hard surface or did you operate the BigAirBag on a hard surface without placing foam underneath the blower? Then the internal engine might malfunction. It is always cheaper and easier to replace the blower than to fix it. Purchase one here.

This means air is escaping and getting stuck underneath the Topsheet. There can be 2 causes for this:
If there is a dip forming, it is likely between the pillars. This is caused by broken bungees that keep the pillar upright. Open the Alligator clip on 2 short sides and 1 long side and remove the cover. You should easily spot the problem. Refer to this video to see how to solve the bungee. Order any needed sea clip bungees here.
Is the skirt sliding over the BigAirBag causing the topsheet to move to one side? This is because the bungees connecting the cover to the base of the BigAirBag have broken. Check the bungees and replace where necessary.
Check for screws that have come out of the wall. Your skirt should be attached with screws and washers (or screws with widened head) every 20 cm / 8 inch.

This means air is escaping and getting stuck underneath the Topsheet. There can be 2 causes for this:
If there is a dip forming, it is likely between the pillars. This is caused by broken bungees that keep the pillar upright. Open the Alligator clip on 2 short sides and 1 long side and remove the cover. You should easily spot the problem. Refer to this video to see how to solve the bungee. Order any needed sea clip bungees here.
Is the skirt sliding over the BigAirBag causing the topsheet to move to one side? This is because the bungees connecting the cover to the base of the BigAirBag have broken. Check the bungees and replace where necessary.
Check for screws that have come out of the wall. Your skirt should be attached with screws and washers (or screws with widened head) every 20 cm / 8 inch.
Make sure the type of screws used are suitable for the the material of the wall
Screws should have a length of 30mm minimum. Make sure the pit walls are strong enough for these length screws.
Determine if you need new skirting material: are there any rips or has the screw damaged the material? Order new skirt here and Alligator clip here. Re-attach using correct screws and washers, refer to this video for more explanation.
If there is a tear in the PVC material, use the supplied hot air welder and spare material in your maintenance kit. Check out an examle video of how to use a hot air welder here

Open air windows more to release more pressure from the BigAirBag. Do this in small increments because the pressure setting is sensitive. Check the pressure with the pressure measurement tool and refer to pressure measurement table.
Please make sure the blower is placed properly: clear of any obstacles that can block the air inlet or any material that can be sucked onto the airinlet. Turn off the blower and place a vacuum on the air inlet
Did the blower drop on a hard surface or did you operate the BigAirBag on a hard surface without placing foam underneath the blower? Then the internal engine might malfunction. It is always cheaper and easier to replace the blower than to fix it. Purchase one here.
