We are constantly innovating our landing solutions and sell FUN alongside the 3 main values: Quality, Safety & Service. Our products are sold globally in multiple languages and across many cultures.
As inside sales you know everything there is to know about soft and safe landings. Together with your team-mates, you’ll be the face of BigAirBag for our clients. Excellent social skills are therefore required. It’ll be your responsibility to make every customer feel special and help them with your insider advice and expert assistance.
Your key responsibilities
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles.
- Reach out to businesses in your pipeline at scale through cold calling, emailing and social selling.
- Become a walking encyclopaedia of BigAirBag, so you can answer any and every question that comes your way.
- Key account management: working with BigAirBag’s biggest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships.
- Liaising with different departments within BigAirBag and communicating successfully with the HQ in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- Provide excellent customer service and support by phone and email.
- Help to close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- The role is mostly remote, however we would like to see you in person throughout the year and expect you to attend 3-5 USA based events and tradeshows annually.
- Bonus points if you’re not afraid to do a backflip into the BigAirBag.
You’ll need to be as stubbornly focused as we are.
As a remote worker, you will need to be strong, independent, and occasionally manage communication across different time zones. We do more with less here, but it can be chaotic. We need you to be a cool head when things get crazy so that we maintain our focus on making our clients smile today.

Some requirements
- Proven sales experience with an interest in the Gymnastics industry is a bonus.
- Track record of praised references.
- Capability to work from home with ability to provide a private workspace and reliable home internet.
- You are easily self-motivated; you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder and you enjoy working with targets and bonuses.
- Good computer skills and proficient in the use of new software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- You’re an excellent listener and you can communicate extremely clearly & concisely both verbally and in written forms.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
