At BigAirBag we produce impact-absorbing airbags for trampoline parks, ski resorts and adventure
parks. We are a young team motivated to make our company grow rapidly by providing fun and
safety. From our office in Amsterdam (Westpoort) we strive daily to provide the best product to our
customers with a strong image and premium service. Our technicians fly around the whole world to
install BigAirBag products for Extreme sports and Leisure.
We are looking for an administrative assistant with a focus on finances and customer service. As
administrative assistant you’ll be keeping our administration up to date while answering the phone to
our customers and suppliers. You’ll report to the CEO and transfer phone calls internally or take
• Check & file supplier invoices
• Prepare payments
• Produce financial updates
• Personnel administration (salary & declarations)
• Check and document insurance
• Track running orders
• Request transport prices
• Follow up debtor administration
• Answer international phone calls
• Accurate and organised
• Background in finance & administration
• Available for 16 hours + (flexible)
• Solution oriented
